We will be taking the day to relax the nervous system, connect to our inner guidance and bring in the experiences we choose for the new year.

A beautiful vegan and gluten free lunch will be provided.  There will be time to spend with the animals and ground ourselves along side the beautiful yoga space we will be gathering in.

We will start with a relaxing and unwinding Yin and Restorative Yoga session followed by Teas and Coffees and some Oracle Card play as we connect to our inner guidance.

During lunch we will have some time to socialise and see the animals before we go into a short meditation and vision boarding exercise for bringing in the new year.

We will finish with an energising yoga flow before we prepare to leave and enjoy a final meditation.

The entire day is £60 which can be paid immediately or by instalments.
